Celine Dion: The Show Must Go On
The show does go on. Céline Dion has resumed her residency show at Caesars Palace with performance dates through until June 4th. She started the week with a 15 hour day of interviews to promote her upcoming tour in Quebec, France and Belgium. This was also the first time she has spoken about the passing of her husband René Angélil.
The lyrics of the song are similar to how I imagine Céline may feel about returning to show business after such a deep loss "Inside my heart is breaking, My make-up may be flaking, But my smile still stays on". Her voice has a different tonality, in some ways sounding more edgy and raw, also more delicate, but still as beautiful as always. I do wonder what role René had in the choosing of this song, if any.
Céline will perform her new single "The Show Must Go On" together with Lindsey at the Billboard Music Awards, where she will also be honoured with the Icon Award. The Billboard Music Awards air live Sunday, May 22 at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC and CTV.

Queen Celine is back May 17th
They called Frank Sinatra the leader of the pack, but Celine Dion is the queen of the Strip and she's back on May 17th! That means that many of you will be coming to Las Vegas to see one of Celine's upcoming shows from now until June 4th. So, are you ready?
Aside from frantic packing and general excitement, if you're flying internationally, please double check you have a valid passport and ESTA or visa. New show "Twisted Vegas" with homage to Celine Dion
Twisted Vegas is a new all-in-one-show at Westgate. The show pokes gentle fun at other Las Vegas shows, has acrobatic performances, and even includes a Celine Dion drag act. According to Las Vegas Revous Journal, Twisted Vegas, is "At its best when it attempts freewheeling comedy: a mini-Criss Angel (the single-named Dimos) or Costic (also single-named) with his impressive, non lip-synced drag version of Celine Dion."

Celine Dion presales for shows in 2016
Celine Dion’s fan club “Team Celine” just announced presales for new Las Vegas show dates later this year. Did that make your heart pound a little faster? Did you panic and start the immediate search for further information and your wallet? That’s usually my reaction, but don’t worry we have some time to formulate a plan to get the best seats.
There are a few options available at this stage, Team Celine membership (which is free) will get you a passcode to gain access to presales right now and/or fan club seats at any time, providing seats are still available. I know, you want to be close to Celine, right? We all want to be sat on the front row but getting those seats is not so easy.
I had a look through most of the dates from September through November 2016, but the best I could find for Price Level 1 in the TC section is in Orch 4 row EE. The Amex presale will get you the row behind. Price Level 2 has seats from around row KK onwards. If you can get an aisle seat in Orch 3 you might even be one of the lucky ones to get a selfie with Celine during the show when she walks through the audience.
There is also an AXS presale which goes live today! This is the one I’m going to try for, last year I was able to get really good seats in Orch 2. Set your “Celine Alarm” as I call it, which is today, 25th February 2016 – 10am PST.

The next time to panic and try again is when the public sale starts on Saturday, 27th February 2016 at 10am.
Of course, there are always Ticket Brokers where you can usually buy seats right at the front and also purchase tickets to sold out shows.
